Murder trial fail to reach verdict

AFTER three days the jury in the Lloyd Fouracre murder trial have failed to reach a verdict.

The jury retired on Monday afternoon at 2.30pm where they were told by his Honour Judge Cottle they would need to deliver their verdict to which they were all agreed.

Lloyd, 17 from Broomfield, died after what was described as a "ferocious" attack on September 25 last year in Taunton.
